My first promo shot done In 1976 in Hollywood, California by Eric Skipsey.
The Clubs were hung from the ceiling and the spotlight effect airbrushed in. Note the highlight on the clubs... the light is actually coming from another direction. The idea for this photo came from the well known photo of Bobby May done by Maurice Seymour of Chicago. In Bobby's photo the spotlight is also airbrushed in and the clubs were hung by strings, but in a different position. Michael Chirrick directed the photo shoot.

Ivano Corazza was a brilliant Italian photographer. He was from Alassio and worked in Milano.
I was working at the Williams club there when Ivano came to me and said "I have been watching
your act many nights and I have an idea of how to photograph motion." I went to his studio the
next day and began experiment setting up special shots with him. The proofs were magnificent!
Ivano Corazza created an entire photo show of my act. He displayed it at many art and photographic
shows across Europe. He gave me a full set of these photos as well as all of the transparencies.
In the coming weeks I will add many of his beautiful work to this page as a memorial to his genius
as well as to our friendship.

Once I started to use these photos for publicity purposes.... acts all over Europe were asking for
his telephone number. Subsequently many jugglers had their publicity photos done by Ivano
Corazzo.... jugglers such as Barrett Felker, Koma Zuru, Gerard Dann, George Solveno and many more!

In 1982 I did ABC TV's "Thats Incredible" show. I taped the same day as Koma Zuru. I juggled 3,4 and 5 ping pong balls in my mouth. This show has been airing all over the world, more than 100 times, for 20 years now !

Lucky... I still get residuals!
